The desk for these pages is rs9support@email.com. Use it when a sentence is wrong, when an install sheet said something you cannot interpret, or when a ledger line does not match a card. Do not use it as a place to ask for a captain.

Public channels are in the footer and repeated here so you do not have to hunt: Telegram at https://t.me/RS9com, the Facebook profile linked from the footer, Instagram at the footer address, and the WhatsApp channel linked beside them. They are for short public pointers. A payment problem belongs in email.

What a useful mail contains

  • The page address and the heading.
  • The sentence you think is wrong, quoted.
  • The time you saw the screen, if it is a ledger or an install.
  • The exact error words, typed out.

What it must not contain: a password, a one-time code, a full card number, or a photograph of an identity document. We will not ask for those to fix a public sentence. If a reply that seems to come from us asks for them, stop and write again to the same address by typing it yourself. Do not follow a new address inside the suspicious mail.

What we can and cannot change

We can edit a note. We cannot reverse a contest fee, restore a side after lock, or see your wallet. Those live on the contest host. Use the account there first. Mail us if the words on a button or a help line are unclear, and paste the words, not the balance screenshot with a password in the same frame.

We do not promise a clock. A mail sent during a match will not be a live help line for that over. Write as if the answer will arrive later, and do not enter a second room while you wait for permission you do not need. The card is the permission structure. The mail is for the website.

Who should not write for help joining

If you are under 18, do not ask how to enter a paid room. If you are in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, or Sikkim, do not ask how to make a paid room appear. We will not supply a path. We will point you back at the disclaimer.

Everyone else can write about the words. Include enough that a stranger could find the sentence. A mail that says only 'it does not work' will be answered with a request for the heading, and that is a wasted day. RS9 Game. Check the card, then decide.

A mail that arrived in the wrong place

People write to a guide about a withdrawal that never touched the guide. We will say so, and we will point at the account. We will not pretend to open a ticket on a system we cannot see. If you include the ledger time and the method name — Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, UPI, or QR — the reply can at least tell you whether the public pages mention that method. They mention it as a name to look for, not as a promise it cleared.

If you write in anger, the facts still help and the insult does not. The desk is a mailbox. It is not a person who entered the room with you. Describe the screen. Wait for the reply. Do not open a new room as a way of punishing a slow answer. The card will not know you are annoyed.

Channels, and the order to use them

Email first for anything that quotes a page or a ledger. The public channels are for a broken link or a general where-do-I-read question. A code, a password, or a document goes to neither. If you already sent one, change the password from inside the app and say so in a follow-up that does not repeat the secret. We would rather you closed the door than forwarded the key a second time.
