These pages are files. Reading them does not open an account on rs9.watch. This note says what that means, what the buttons hand to other hosts, and what happens to a mail you choose to send.
No account and no comments
There is no comment box and no public profile to create here. Older exports of similar sites sometimes left a comment feed. This set does not. Do not send a comment to a path that no longer exists and assume it is moderated. It is not a feature.
The pages do not embed a third-party analytics tag. They do not run an ad auction. If that changes, this note changes in the same edit. Until then, do not imagine a dashboard of which heading you opened.
Ordinary logs
The host that serves the files may keep an address, a time, and a browser string as part of running a website. This note does not add a second marketing log, and it does not invent a retention period the host has not published to us. If you ask what we hold, the honest starting answer is the mailbox, not a behavioural profile.
The download and the contest
Download RS9 sends a request to the file host, marked with this domain, so the package returned is the one intended here. From that click, the file host sees a download. We do not receive your list of installed apps.
Open a contest sends you to the fantasy flow. Squads, fees, and wallet lines created there are processed there. This website cannot export them to satisfy a curiosity, and it should not be asked to. Privacy requests about a squad start in that account.
Mail to rs9support@email.com is kept as correspondence. Send the heading, the sentence, and the time. Do not send a password or a one-time code. We use the thread to answer or to fix a public line. We do not sell it. Ask for deletion when the answer is done, and we will delete what we still control in the mailbox.
Messages on Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, or the WhatsApp channel are stored by those services under their rules. Prefer email when the matter is a payment or an account screen.
Children, states, and cookies
The notes are for adults. We do not knowingly keep a child's mail. Tell us if one reached the desk and we will delete the thread we still have. The state rule — no paid room in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, or Sikkim — is text on the page. It is not a location tracker built into these files.
These pages do not set a marketing cookie. Your browser remembers visits in its own history. Clear that in the browser if you want it gone. A cookie that was not required to deliver a file would have to be named here before it was set.
Changes
The text is dated 27 October 2026. When the note changes, the date changes. For a correction about your mail, write to rs9support@email.com. For a correction about a contest account, start in the account. The guides can fix a sentence. They cannot empty a wallet they do not hold.
Indexes and old addresses
The byline index and the game index exist so older addresses still open on a page of current notes. They are not profiles. They do not list an email login, even if a folder name looks like one left over from an export. Do not try to sign in with a folder name. There is no password on this website that would accept it.
Feeds that once carried full copies of retired pages are not part of this site. If a reader or a tool still requests one, the right outcome is that the old sentences are gone. Do not mail us a cached paragraph and ask us to put it back. Ask us whether the current note still says the thing you cared about. Often it says a narrower thing, on purpose.
What we want you to withhold
Withhold the one-time code, the password, the full payment number, and any image of an identity document. Withhold someone else's squad. Withhold a minor's details. A privacy note that only lists what a company collects is incomplete if it does not list what you should refuse to send. Those refusals are the practical half of this page.
Withhold, too, any assumption that a green page or a red button is collecting more because it is bright. Colour is layout. The files do not gain a tracker by being red. They gain a tracker only if a future edit adds one, and that edit owes you a new paragraph here before it ships.
If you want the shortest true version, it is this. The notes are public files. The download click is handed to the file host. The contest click is handed to the contest host. The mail you send is kept long enough to answer. Nothing else is asked for, and several things are explicitly unwanted. When this paragraph and a longer one above seem to differ, the longer one is the detail and this one is the shape. Neither of them is a tracker.
Write to rs9support@email.com if you want the mailbox copy of your own thread, or if you want that thread deleted. Do not send a new secret in order to prove the old mail was yours. A reply on the same thread is proof enough.
