Login is the door to an account that can hold a fee. This note is about that door: what a normal sign-in asks, what a reset should look like, and which secrets never belong in a chat. It is not a list of squads.
Download RS9, then sign inOpen a contest
The website you are reading does not host the form. The form lives in the app or on the contest flow after you choose to open it. Fields change. A note that drew boxes and labelled them as if they were permanent would be a drawing of last month. Read the labels that are actually on the glass.
Creating the account and returning to it
The first visit is registration. Later visits are login. Use one mobile number or one email you will still control next season. A code sent to that address proves you hold it today. It does not prove you will hold it if you sell the SIM or abandon the inbox. Pick the one that stays.
Do not open a second account because the first code was slow. Two accounts split credits and confuse support. Wait, then request one fresh code. Five requests in a minute teach the system nothing except that the button works.
The code
A one-time code is a key that expires. Type it into the same app that asked for it. Do not read it aloud to someone who called you. Do not paste it into Telegram, including into a chat that uses our name. The mail address on this site, rs9support@email.com, will not ask you to forward a code. A message that does is not this desk.
If the code never arrives, check the number, check the spam folder for mail codes, and check that the phone has a signal. Airplane mode and a full inbox are more common than a conspiracy. After one careful retry, stop and describe the screen in a mail without attaching the code that finally came.
Passwords and resets
Choose a password you do not use for your mail. A reused password turns a leak elsewhere into a login here. A reset link should bring you back to the same product. If it opens an unfamiliar form that asks for the full card number before it asks for a new password, close it.
Write the new password down in a place you already trust, or use the phone's own password store. Do not store it in a note that you then photograph and post. Support cannot reveal the old password, because a serious login system does not keep it in a form that can be read back. Anyone offering to look it up is guessing or stealing.
Shared phones and lost phones
Sign out when you stop, especially on a handset other people unlock. A logged-in fantasy app is a wallet with a cricket theme. The next person can enter a room you did not choose.
If the phone is gone, use another device to change the password and to sign the old session out if the account offers that switch. Tell your mobile operator about the SIM if the number itself is at risk. Mail support after you have done those two things, not before, and do not include the new password in the mail.
What the account is allowed to know
The contest host will know the identifier you typed, the squads you lock, and the payments you approve. This guide will not. Do not mail us a squad and ask us to delete it from a server we do not run. Use the account tools. Mail us if a public sentence on this site is wrong, or if a screen's words do not match the card.
Payment names you may see inside the wallet include Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, UPI, and QR. A login note does not make those rails faster. It only reminds you that a login and a deposit are separate yeses. You can be signed in and still refuse every room.
Name on the account
Use a name you can stand behind if a payment service asks the app to match it. A joke name feels harmless until a withdrawal needs the same words as a bank record. This note does not claim that a match is always required. It says: do not be cute with the only identifier a human might have to read.
Age is not a field to fudge. Paid rooms are for people 18 and over. They are not offered in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, or Sikkim. A successful login does not move a state line.
After you are in
Look at one contest card before you look at a tile. Confirm the fee and the lock time. The order for building a side is on the selection note. The multipliers are on the points note. This page ends at the door, on purpose, so a safety habit is not buried under cricket.
If the door will not open after the steps above, mail the exact message on the screen to rs9support@email.com. Leave the code out. Leave the password out. The words of the error are enough.
Sessions you forgot
A login on a tablet, then on a phone, then in a browser, can leave three doors open. If the account shows devices or a sign-out-everywhere control, use it when a handset leaves your house. If it does not show that control, changing the password is the blunt tool that closes old sessions on most systems. Do it from a device you still hold. Then sign in once, on purpose, on the phone you will keep.
A browser that offers to save the password will offer it to the next person who opens that browser profile. That is fine on a machine only you unlock. It is not fine on a shared computer at work. Decline the save there. The convenience is not worth a room entered by a colleague who was only borrowing the chair.
Mail that pretends to be the door
A message can copy the logo and the red button and still send you to a form that only exists to collect the code. The real door is the app you installed from this site, or the contest flow opened from the text link on these pages. A door that arrives by surprise, in a mail you did not request, is not a place to type. Delete it and open the app yourself.
The same rule applies to a voice call. Support for these notes does not telephone you to ask for a code. If a caller knows your name and the brand, they may know nothing else except what you posted. Hang up. Write to rs9support@email.com if you want to check whether a real issue exists. The desk can answer in writing.
Close the door on purpose when you are done for the night. A session left open is not a convenience if the phone lives on a table other people use. Sign out, or at least know that you chose not to. The note cannot press the control for you. It can only make the choice visible before a fee is.
If the only reason you are signing in is to chase a reward line you have not read, go to the rewards note first. A login is not a deposit. Keep those yeses apart, and the account stays a door instead of a slide.
