Rooms, ranks, and the prize list on the card

A race, on this site, means a ranked room attached to a contest. It does not mean a prize pool this guide is willing to size. The pool, if there is one, is printed on that room's card. If the card is blank, there is nothing to chase.

People use the word because a leaderboard looks like a race. The look is a sorted list. Sorting is not a promise that the top row is a life-changing number. Read the prize attached to the rank, not the excitement of the word.

What a room is

A room is a set of entries in one contest. You pay the fee the card names, or you enter free if the card says free. Your side, built in the order the selection note describes, is your entry. Other people's sides are the rest of the room. You are not playing the cricket teams directly. You are in a list with other entries, scored by the same match.

Two rooms can share a match and differ in fee, in size, and in prize list. Joining both is two fees. The leaderboard of one does not pay the other. Check the contest card every time, including when the artwork looks identical.

The leaderboard

Ranks update as the match produces points. A rank at the first over is a sketch. A rank at the last ball is the result, subject to the room's own confirmation. Refresh if the screen looks stuck, once. Refreshing is not a strategy.

Ties happen. Two entries can show the same points. The room publishes how it breaks a tie, or it splits a prize, or it uses a further column. This note does not invent the order of those columns. Open the help beside the board before you assume you were robbed because a neighbour with the same total sits above you.

Prizes

The prize list is a column of ranks and amounts, or a description of what the top slice shares. It can be smaller than a rumour you heard. It can be a percentage of the entry pot. Either way, the list on the card is the list. This guide will not print a giant pool, because a giant pool copied from an old campaign is how readers get hurt.

A practice room can have a board and no cash. The word winner on a practice board is not a withdrawal. Read the heading. If you cannot tell practice from paid, do not press the paid button while you figure it out.

Leaving, and entering late

Some rooms let you leave before lock and return the fee. Some do not. The card or the confirm step should say which. After lock, leaving is usually meaningless because the fee has been committed to a side that will be scored. Do not count on a refund the card did not offer.

Entering in the last minutes is how you skip the official eleven. The board will still take you if the room is open. The board does not check whether you have done the reading. That check is yours.

Several rooms, one night

A leaderboard is absorbing. Absorption is not a budget. Decide the number of rooms before the first one starts, in money. When that money is in, stop, even if a rank is close and a second room looks like a repair. A close rank is not a debt the next room owes you.

Private rooms, if the app offers them, are still rooms. A code from a friend does not change the fee. Read it. A code from a stranger in a chat is a reason to close the chat.

The limit under the board

Paid rooms are for people 18 and over. They are not offered in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, or Sikkim. A public leaderboard you can see on a website is not an invitation to evade that.

Use the board to understand a room you already chose. Do not use it as a reason to choose a room you cannot afford. The card has the fee. The board has the rank. Only one of those is a decision.

Reading a prize column without doing the marketing for it

Start at the rank you would actually have to reach, not at the illustrated top. A list that pays a large figure to rank one and a token to rank fifty is a list you should read at rank fifty if that is the rank a calm entry can touch. The top is a picture. The middle of the list is the information. If the middle is empty, the room is telling you the money is concentrated. Believe that shape.

Count the entries if the room shows them. A huge room makes a high rank rarer. A small room makes the fee a larger share of the pot, sometimes, and makes your neighbours visible. Neither shape is kinder. Both are reasons to read before you join. This note will not call either shape safe.

When the board moves

Points arrive in bursts: a wicket, an over of boundaries, a batter who stays. Your rank will jump and fall. Jumping is not momentum you can bet again inside the same room. There is no second entry button that improves a side already locked. If you find yourself wanting one, you are no longer reading a board. You are negotiating with a result that has not finished.

At the end, screenshot the prize line if you need a record, after the room marks the contest complete. A mid-match screenshot of a rank is a souvenir, not a debt. Mail support only if the final line contradicts the prize list that was on the card when you entered. Quote both. Do not quote a memory of a higher rank from the tenth over.

Boards are public enough

A rank with a username can be seen by the room. Do not use a username that is your phone number or your mail. The board is not a private diary. Choose a name you can stand to see next to a loss, because losses are what most rows are. Then leave the board alone until the match has something to say.

A room you do not understand is a room you do not join, even if the board is already moving and the list looks lively. Liveliness is other people's entries. It is not information about the cricket. If you cannot point at the fee and the prize line, you are watching a board the way you watch a sport, which is free. Paying in order to feel closer to the board is the mistake the word race encourages. Decline the encouragement.

When the contest is over, the rank is a fact about that room only. It does not discount the next room. It does not entitle you to a reply from this website unless the prize line itself was not honoured. In that case, quote the card you entered under and the line you were paid, and mail rs9support@email.com. Bring the two texts. Leave the mood. A rank is not a complaint until the printed prize and the paid prize disagree. Until they disagree, the board is only a sorted list, and a sorted list is not a debt. Read it, then leave it alone until the match ends tonight fully.
